Grant of License
TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC (“Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Consulta de CNPJ for Bitrix24 application (“Application”) solely for your internal business purposes within the Bitrix24 platform. This license does not include the right to sublicense, assign, or transfer the Application to any third party.
Description of the Application
The Application integrates with your Bitrix24 CRM to query the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal) public database via the ReceitaWS API. When a company record with a CNPJ number is saved, the Application retrieves publicly available company data — company name, address, activity codes (CNAE), partners, and registration status — and automatically populates the corresponding fields in the Bitrix24 company record.
Use Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or rent any part of the Application;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except as expressly permitted by law;
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Bitrix24’s Terms of Service;
- Use the Application in a way that unduly burdens the ReceitaWS API infrastructure or violates its terms of use.
Data and Privacy
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about end users. It only processes CNPJ numbers entered in company records and retrieves publicly available data from the Federal Revenue Service. No data is persisted on the Developer’s servers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Data obtained from the Federal Revenue Service is provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current registration status.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
