Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how TLJ Apps (“Company”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Amount Writer application on the Bitrix24 platform.
Data We Access
When the Application processes a CRM deal, it accesses only the following fields:
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Deal ID | Identify the record to be updated |
| OPPORTUNITY (deal value) | Perform the conversion to written words |
| CURRENCY_ID | Determine the correct language and format |
| Custom fields configured by the user | Read additional money values and write converted results |
Data We Do Not Collect
The Application does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data, customer information, financial records, or any other business data from your Bitrix24 account. All processing happens in real time and no CRM data is retained after the conversion is complete.
Data Storage
The only data stored by the Application is the technical configuration required for it to operate: your Bitrix24 portal domain, OAuth authentication tokens (access and refresh token), and the custom field codes configured by you. This data is stored securely in an encrypted database (Cloudflare D1) and is used solely to authenticate with the Bitrix24 API.
Subscriptions and Payments
The Application uses Stripe for subscription management. Payment processing is handled directly by Stripe. TLJ Apps does not store credit card details. The only subscription data stored by us is a status identifier linked to the Bitrix24 portal.
Security and Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures: encrypted storage on Cloudflare D1, HTTPS/TLS-only communication, and OAuth token-based access control. Your configuration data is retained for as long as the Application is installed; to request deletion after uninstalling, contact contato@tlj.net.br.
CCPA/CPRA Compliance
This Application complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Because the only data stored consists of technical authentication tokens rather than personal information about individuals, the volume of data in our custody is minimal and strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not sell or share personal information.
