Grant of License
TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC (“Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the TLJ Payment Hub for Bitrix24 application (“Application”) solely for your internal business purposes within the Bitrix24 platform. Access to certain payment gateways is contingent on having an active subscription or a valid trial period.
Description of the Application
The Application integrates with the Bitrix24 Smart Invoice module and allows you to generate payment links via three gateways: MercadoPago (free), Stripe, and Asaas (subscription required). Upon receiving payment confirmation via webhook, the Application automatically moves the Invoice to the “Won” stage and adds a comment to the timeline. It also provides robot actions for Invoice automations in Bitrix24.
Subscription and Payment
- MercadoPago gateway: available free of charge to all installed users, with no subscription required.
- Stripe and Asaas gateways: each gateway requires an independent monthly subscription, charged automatically via Stripe.
- Free trial: after installation, you will have free access to all gateways for 7 (seven) days.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time, with access remaining active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Payments: processed securely by Stripe. TLJ Apps does not store credit card data.
- Refunds: we do not offer refunds for partial periods already used, except where required by applicable law.
Use Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or rent any part of the Application;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except as expressly permitted by law;
- Share access credentials, API keys, or webhook tokens with unauthorized third parties;
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Bitrix24’s Terms of Service;
- Attempt to circumvent the Application’s subscription or access control mechanisms.
Intellectual Property
The Application and all its components — including code, design, integration logic, and documentation — are the exclusive property of TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC, protected by applicable copyright laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in the Application.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free. Payment confirmation and processing depend exclusively on third-party gateways, over which the Developer has no control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including payment processing failures, loss of data, or business interruption. The Developer’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 (three) months of subscription.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
